Please use the below form to nominate for inclusion in our relay teams at the 2023 NSW Country Short Course Championships at Sydney Olympic Park on 5 July to 7 July 2024

Note that you must be a current financial member of Canberra Amateur Swimming Club to nominate for our relay teams.

Nominations must be received by no later than 5:00pm Friday 21 June 2024..
