NOMINATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Please use the below form to nominate for inclusion in our relay teams at the 2025 NSW Country LC Championships at Sydney Olympic Park on 14-16 February 2025.
This form must be submitted by no later than by no later than 5pm on Sunday 2 February 2024.
You do not necessarily need to be entered in any individual events at NSW Country in order to be considered for our relay teams but preference will be given to those swimmers already entered in individual events.
We will always endeavour to include all swimmers who nominate however this may not always be possible and selections will be in accordance with our relay selection policy available on our website at this link.
